However, this is changing thanks to initiatives like the Become Epic Program, a collaboration between L pour Elles and The Epic Club, an acceleration program for women entrepreneurs in the industry.

TheBecome Epic Program is a year-long program designed to empower women inhospitality by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed. Led by Veronique Bockstal, the 1 million euro woman, the program consists of six masterclass modules covering topics from mindset to finance.

Over the course of the program, 30 women come together each month for a gathering to discuss their progress, attend workshops in small groups, and learn from each other. The program is designed to be highly collaborative, with participants generating business opportunities between themselves and building a strong network of support within the industry.

The first module focuses on mindset, helping participants to develop the right mindset for success in the industry. Other modules cover topics such as marketing, branding, finance, and leadership, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the business side of the industry.
